Custody & Control of Your Capital

Your capital is held at all times in a brokerage account opened in your name with a US-regulated brokerage of your choosing. Vector Capital does not custody, hold, manage, or have withdrawal access to client funds. You retain full ownership of your account and may pause, disconnect, or stop using the Services at any time. All trades placed through the Services are executed in your account, in your name, and are your responsibility.

Risk of Loss

Trading and investing in securities, futures, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose some, all, or more than your invested capital. Leveraged products, including futures and options, can magnify both gains and losses.
